Life Boat Inspection

We provide annual inspection, service, and maintenance of lifeboats and lifeboat Launching Appliances (Davit/winch) as per SOLAS Regulation and as per IMO-MSC 402(96) Guidelines as "Manufacturers approved service supplier" and as per class and flag procedures & our lifeboat service is approved by DG Shipping(Govt of India), PANAMA, BAHAMAS, LIBERIA FLAG and by class ABS, BV, CCS, DNV - GL, KRS, LR, NK, RINA.

  • FRP Repairs on damaged lifeboats
  • Release gear new installations, Hook release cable renewals, on-load release gear annual service, and 5 yearly operational loads test @1.1 time working load.
  • Winch brake service, overhauling, and dynamic winch brake test required as per 5 yearly thorough services @1.1 time working load.
  • Davit structural repairs.
  • Fall wire changing.
  • Freefall lifeboat simulated test as required annually and 5 yearly.
  • All other repairs and services on the entire lifeboat system.

Our lifeboat service Quality system is approved to ISO9001:2015 Standard. Our service engineers have attended the following maker’s training & obtained approval for Inspection Maintenance & Testing of lifeboats and launching appliances(davit/winch) as per IMO-MSC 402(96) Guidelines.
